How To Find Free Inspirations?

We love to feel inspired. There’s no wonder the self-help industry is still booming after so many years. Books, tapes, DVD, seminars, webcast, podcast, websites, etc. Almost every imaginable tools are able to be part of the self-help industry. But have you ever thought that sometimes the best things in life are really free? Like the air that we breathe, so is inspiration, sometimes.

Have you ever stopped in awe when listening to songs, reading books, watching movies, or even surfing the web aimlessly? Something caught your eyes. It may be a phrase, a paragraph, or even just a single word. It hit right through your heart and soul. And you felt like the message spoke right to you and especially dedicated to you in the life circumstances that you are still in at that particular moment.

You must have known this that inspiration knows no boundaries. It exists even at the moment you think it’s impossible, even through the simplest way of quotes and phrases. And what’s best? It’s free. It’s as if it’s God-sent from heaven directly to you, if you just notice it.

The key is to be aware of it and to use it to your advantage as those special moment doesn’t come often. It comes and goes so fast that sometimes disappears after you blink. We shouldn’t let that happen in our short short life.

The next time you hear something that catch your attention, jot it down and you may want to write out how it makes you feel and what it really means to you. You may or may not share it with others but you’ll be surprised by sharing it, you’ll learn a great deal more about yourself too.
