This may sound crazy, but to truly change your body you have to change who you are. Your body is merely a reflection of the many aspects of who you are as a person. Most people fail in there efforts to achieve good physical health only because of there lack of a balanced mind, body and spirit. In most cases people try to deal with each one separately, but in reality they are all one and function together as one.

Here’s another thing. Have you ever heard people say that you need “will power”? Will power will not permanently change your physical body. Will power implies that you don’t even want to be doing whatever it is that you need the will power for.

Whatever your goals are, they have to be something that you truly want. It has to be who you want to be. You have to really want to become that person, with that body, with that health to really achieve and maintain those goals. The true Ultimate Health comes when there is a shift in who that person wants to be. Who do you want to be?

People in general just do not like change and usually we resist it all together. I don’t understand why, but even for positive change we resist. Whenever we make positives changes in our lives, especially with our mind, body and spirit, there is a ripple effect of good things that occur and will continue to occur as a result of our positive changes.

More of the truth, people usually always fail because they are just not mentally ready to make the change. Many people take actions that may appear of those who are ready, but deep down inside they are still the “I’ll eat good most of the time” kind of guy or gal and are not ready to embrace that new you yet!

That attitude of “I’ll eat good most of the time” is a mirror of there life. They’ll do the right thing “most of the time.”
